Privacy Policy

PicArk collects the following information to provide its features:

• Email address
• User ID
• Screenshots or photos you choose to upload
• AI-generated summaries, categories, tags, and extracted details
• Favorites and want-to-buy or want-to-go selections
• AI analysis usage counts
• Apple subscription or purchase entitlement information

We use this information to register and sign in to your account; save and sync screenshots; recognize, classify, organize, and search content using AI; provide favorites and want-to-buy or want-to-go lists; verify Pro subscriptions and restore purchases; and protect accounts and maintain the service. This data is associated with your PicArk account.

这些信息用于注册和登录、保存和同步截图、通过 AI 识别分类整理和搜索内容、提供收藏及想买／想去清单、验证 Pro 订阅和恢复购买，以及保障账号安全和维护服务。上述数据与你的 PicArk 账号关联。

Service providers may process uploaded content and related information as necessary to operate PicArk, including cloud storage, authentication, AI image understanding, and subscription verification. Apple handles App Store payments. PicArk does not collect bank card numbers or other payment credentials; we process purchase and entitlement information to determine access to Pro features.

为实现 PicArk 的功能，服务提供商可能对上传内容和相关信息进行必要处理，包括云存储、身份验证、AI 图片理解及订阅验证。App Store 付款由 Apple 处理，PicArk 不收集银行卡号等支付凭证；我们处理购买和权益信息，以确认 Pro 功能的访问权限。

Your account may also store the display name you provide or receive through Sign in with Apple. Expo EAS update delivery sends a random installation identifier and update information to retrieve compatible app updates. Service hosts retain operational request and error logs, such as request timestamps, status codes, and connection information, for service delivery, security, and troubleshooting. These technical records are not used for cross-app advertising tracking.

账号也可能保存你提供的显示名称或通过 Apple 登录获取的名称。Expo EAS 更新服务会发送随机的安装标识和更新信息，以获取兼容的 App 更新。服务托管方会保留运行请求与错误日志，例如请求时间、状态码和连接信息，用于提供服务、保障安全和排查问题。这些技术记录不用于跨 App 广告跟踪。

PicArk uses Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen), a third-party AI service, to analyze screenshots that you choose for AI processing. Screenshot content may include personal information visible in the image. PicArk sends screenshot content to Qwen only after you provide explicit consent in the app. Qwen is used to generate summaries, categories, tags, and extracted details needed to provide PicArk's AI screenshot analysis features.

You can decline and continue to save, view, edit, favorite, and delete screenshots privately without Qwen analysis. You can review or withdraw permission in Profile > AI Data Processing. Withdrawal prevents future AI requests; it does not automatically remove previously generated results or cancel a subscription. A request already in progress when you withdraw may finish. PicArk stores your selected screenshots privately with Supabase and saves the generated results in your account.

PicArk 使用阿里云 Model Studio（通义千问 Qwen）作为第三方 AI 服务，对你主动选择进行 AI 分析的截图进行处理。截图中可能包含图片内可见的个人信息。只有在你于 App 内明确同意后，PicArk 才会将相关截图内容发送至 Qwen。Qwen 用于生成 PicArk AI 截图分析功能所需的摘要、分类、标签和提取信息。

你可以拒绝并继续私密保存、浏览、编辑、收藏和删除截图，不使用 Qwen 分析。你可以在“我的 > AI 数据处理”中查看或撤回许可。撤回会阻止后续 AI 请求，但不会自动删除已有 AI 结果或取消订阅；撤回时已开始的请求可能完成。PicArk 使用 Supabase 私密保存你选中的截图，并在你的账号中保存生成的结果。

Private screenshots are not public social content. Your library is associated with your account, and access controls separate users’ data. If you choose to create a public share link, the selected share content becomes available to people who have that link. You can revoke a link in the app. Revoking a link cannot remove copies another person has already saved.

We do not sell personal data, use it for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking, or provide it for third-party advertising.

私有截图不是公开社交内容。截图库与你的账号关联，访问控制用于隔离不同用户的数据。如果你主动创建公开分享链接，持有该链接的人可以查看选定的分享内容。你可以在 App 内撤销链接，但撤销无法删除他人已经保存的副本。

我们不出售个人数据，不将其用于跨 App 或跨网站广告跟踪，也不用于第三方广告。

You can delete your account inside PicArk. The app’s account-deletion process removes the account and its associated user data, including saved screenshots and personal records. Information may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve an outstanding security or transaction issue. Apple manages its own purchase records. Deleting your PicArk account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it in your Apple subscription settings.

你可以在 PicArk App 内删除账号。产品现有删除流程会删除账号及关联用户数据，包括保存的截图和个人记录。如果法律要求，或为处理尚未解决的安全或交易问题，部分信息可能需要保留。Apple 自行管理其购买记录。删除 PicArk 账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，请在 Apple 订阅设置中管理。

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials safe and avoid uploading content you do not have permission to share with the service.

我们使用行业标准安全措施，包括加密连接和访问控制，以保护信息。任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保管账号凭证，不要上传你无权交由本服务处理的内容。

This website does not add analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking cookies. Hosting providers may process basic connection information needed to deliver and secure the website. We may update this policy as the service changes; the current policy will remain available on this page.
