Terms of Use

PicArk is a consumer productivity app that helps you save, understand, categorize, search, and use screenshots. These terms govern your use of PicArk. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

PicArk 是一款个人效率工具，帮助你保存、理解、分类、搜索和利用截图。本条款适用于你对 PicArk 的使用。使用服务即表示你同意本条款，并知悉我们的隐私政策。

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate others, share access to bypass service limits, or access another person’s private data.

请提供准确的账号信息、保护登录凭证，并合法使用服务。你需要对通过账号授权的活动负责。不得冒充他人、通过共享访问规避服务限制，或访问他人的私有数据。

You retain your rights in content you upload. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload it and have it processed. You grant PicArk only the license needed to store, process, display, and share that content as directed by you in order to provide the service. This does not transfer ownership of your content to PicArk.

你保留上传内容的权利，并确认已取得上传及处理这些内容所需的权利与许可。你仅授予 PicArk 为提供服务所必需的许可，包括根据你的操作存储、处理、展示和分享内容。这不代表内容所有权转让给 PicArk。

AI recognition, summaries, classification, and extracted details may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important information against the original screenshot or an authoritative source before relying on it, especially travel details, prices, dates, and tasks. PicArk does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content or external services.

AI 识别、摘要、分类和字段提取可能不完整或不准确。使用重要信息前，请对照原始截图或权威来源核实，尤其是行程、价格、日期和待办事项。PicArk 不保证第三方内容或外部服务的准确性。

Do not use PicArk for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, or uploading content you are not entitled to process. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, scrape private information, distribute malware, or interfere with other users.

不得将 PicArk 用于违法、侵权、骚扰，或上传你无权处理的内容。不得攻击服务、绕过访问控制或用量限制、抓取私有信息、传播恶意软件或干扰其他用户。

Some features require a paid Pro subscription. The price, billing period, included benefits, and any trial or offer conditions are shown before purchase. Payment is handled by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the terms presented by Apple at purchase.

Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available on the PicArk Pro page. Payment, refunds, and subscription management follow Apple’s applicable processes and terms; PicArk does not create a separate refund policy. Deleting your PicArk account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

部分功能需要付费 Pro 订阅。购买前会展示价格、计费周期、包含权益，以及适用的试用或优惠条件。付款由 Apple 处理。除非按购买时 Apple 展示的条款取消，否则订阅将自动续订。

请通过 Apple ID／App Store 订阅设置管理或取消订阅。“恢复购买”位于 PicArk Pro 页面。付款、退款和订阅管理遵循 Apple 适用的流程与条款，PicArk 不设立独立退款政策。删除 PicArk 账号或卸载 App 不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。

You can request account deletion inside PicArk. Associated user data is handled through the app’s deletion process as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service or other users, or comply with legal requirements.

你可以在 PicArk 内删除账号。关联用户数据将按隐私政策所述的产品删除流程处理。为处理滥用、保护服务及其他用户，或遵守法律要求，我们可能在合理必要时限制或终止访问。

PicArk’s software, branding, interface, and original service materials belong to their respective rights holders. These terms permit personal use of the service; they do not grant ownership of PicArk’s intellectual property or rights to redistribute the app.

PicArk 的软件、品牌、界面及原创服务材料属于相应权利人。本条款允许你个人使用服务，但不授予 PicArk 知识产权的所有权或再分发 App 的权利。

We work to keep PicArk available, but interruptions, maintenance, errors, or changes may occur. Keep independent copies of content that is important to you. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on inaccurate AI output or unavailable third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

我们努力保持 PicArk 可用，但服务可能出现中断、维护、错误或变化。请自行保留重要内容的副本。在适用法律允许的范围内，服务按实际可用状态提供，不保证始终无中断或无错误；因依赖不准确的 AI 输出或不可用的第三方服务而造成的间接或后续损失，我们不承担责任。本条款不排除依法不得排除的权利或责任。
