How do I organize screenshots?如何整理截图？
Add screenshots from your photo library in PicArk. If you explicitly allow AI analysis, Qwen analyzes selected images and organizes useful information into categories. Without AI permission, you can still save, view, favorite, edit, and delete screenshots privately.
在 PicArk 中从相册添加截图。只有你明确允许 AI 分析后，Qwen 才会分析选中的图片并分类整理信息。未授权时，你仍可私密保存、浏览、收藏、编辑和删除截图。
How do I restore purchases?如何恢复购买？
Open the PicArk Pro page in the app and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account associated with your original purchase, and make sure you are signed in to your PicArk account.
进入 App 内的 PicArk Pro 页面，选择“恢复购买”。请使用原购买所关联的 Apple 账户，并登录你的 PicArk 账号。
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?如何管理或取消订阅？
Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select PicArk to review available options. Open Apple subscription settings.

How do I delete my account?如何删除账号？
Account deletion is available inside the app from your profile/account settings. Read the confirmation and complete the deletion flow. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account, and deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
你可以在 App 内的“我的”／账号设置中删除账号。请阅读确认提示并完成删除流程。仅卸载 App 不会删除账号，删除账号也不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。
How do I report a problem?如何反馈问题？
Email support@picarkapp.com with your PicArk version, iOS version, what you expected to happen, and steps to reproduce the issue. Remove personal information from any screenshots before sharing them.

What happens to my data after account deletion?删除账号后，数据会怎样？
PicArk’s deletion flow removes the account and associated user data. Apple retains and manages its own purchase records. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data and our Terms of Use for subscription details.
